Horseshoe Bend is located in northeast Izard County and spreads over 14,000 acres of scenic ozark foothill country.  Horseshoe's approximately 2,200 year-round residents enjoy the community's 18-hole golf course on Turkey Mountain, tennis, miniature golf, recreation on one of our 3 major lakes: Crown Lake (a 640 acre lake for boating, skiing, fishing, swimming); Diamond Lake (a 200 acre lake reserved for boats with motors less than 25hp); and Pioneer Lake (a 40 acre lake with a swimming beach that doesn't allow electric motors).  The beautiful Strawberry River also flows through Horseshoe Bend, providing more fishing and recreational opportunities.
